My journey

Finding balance through empathy and evidence.

My path to becoming a nutritional therapist was shaped by personal experience, professional client care and a belief that people deserve to feel listened to, understood and supported.

12+Years professional experience

From patient to practitioner

First-hand understanding of long-term health concerns.

“I know the frustration of a body that feels like it is working against you.”

Having personally managed my own autoimmune condition, I understand the challenges that can come with long-term symptoms, uncertainty and the need for careful, realistic change.

This experience is at the heart of my approach. Nutritional therapy is not about perfection; it is about helping you better understand your body and build sustainable habits that support long-term wellbeing.

A foundation in care.

Before specialising in nutrition, I spent 12 years as a self-employed beauty therapist. That work shaped how I listen, communicate and create a calm, confidential space for clients.

Outside the clinic.

When I’m not supporting clients, you’ll usually find me outdoors, walking with family, or experimenting with seasonal ingredients to create nourishing meals.
