Nutritional therapy is personalised support that looks at how food, lifestyle and daily habits may be affecting how you feel. It is not a one-size-fits-all diet plan, and it is not about perfection.
For many people, especially those living with autoimmune conditions, allergies or ongoing digestive symptoms, the goal is to understand patterns, reduce overwhelm and build changes that feel realistic.
Who might benefit?
People often come to nutritional therapy when:
- Symptoms keep returning even after rest or medication adjustments
- Food feels complicated, restrictive or anxiety-provoking
- Energy, sleep or digestion are affecting daily life
- Test results are “normal” but wellbeing still feels off
You do not need a formal diagnosis to explore support. A calm first conversation can help you decide whether it feels like the right fit.
What happens in a consultation?
A good consultation should feel like being heard. We typically explore:
- Your symptoms and health history
- What you eat day to day, without judgement
- Sleep, stress, movement and recovery
- What you have already tried, and what has helped a little
From there, recommendations are shaped around your priorities. That might include way to maximise your nutrition, gentle habit shifts, or supplement guidance only where it adds real value.
How is this different from generic diet advice?
Nutritional therapy is evidence-informed and individual. Two people with similar labels on paper can need very different support.
My work focuses on:
- Root cause thinking — looking beyond quick fixes
- Practical steps — changes you can actually maintain
- Whole-person care — food is one part of a bigger picture
